Production is carried out in our gardens in Akhisar by traditional agricultural methods.- Picked manually at best early harvest period according to the seasonal conditions. Tirilye-type olives are cold-pressed on the same day.
- Has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, between 0.4- 0.8 grams per 100 grams, and the other characteristics of which correspond to those fixed
for this category in the IOC Standard. - Also in line with Codex Alimentarius / Standard for Olive Oils and Olive Pomace oils CXS 33-1981.

- Hand picked olives are collected from our own orchards in Akhisar region. Gradedand selected large olives are then blended with salt.
- Olives, rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, are a great source of antioxidants.
- In our production, we process green, black and Kalamata olives in glass jars, tins and vacuum packs.
